Elda was born 11/22/26 in Johnson City, NY. After graduating from high school, she went to Florida where she met and married her present husband, Douglas Hall, a native Floridian.  As of this writing, they have been married nearly fifty years.

While in Florida, Elda worked as a secretary for Pan American World Airways. They moved to Carlsbad, CA over 40 years ago where Doug has advanced in the Boys & Girls Club field to President of their local Foundation.

They have three children:  Stephen Ernest Hall, Alicia Jean Hall, and Jennifer Lynne Hall,8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren
