Born February 18, 1966 in Buffalo, Wyoming, of Howard Randall ROSS and Mattie Louise (TAYLOR) ROSS.

Howard (“Howie”) suffered a brain tumor as a teen-ager, and underwent extensive surgery. He went on to live a full life – one which many would call wild and reckless, but I always felt that he was proving that he could do anything that anybody else could do. He loved working on cars, and was a skilled mechanic. He was loved by everyone who knew him.

Howie finally succumbed to brain cancer on January 13, 2009 in Casper, Wyoming. His sisters Lottie and Peaches held a memorial reunion on June 21, 2009 in Buffalo, Wyoming. It was attended by over 40 of his friends and relatives.
