Born in Augusta, Georgia, May 27, 1957, of James Norman POLLARD and Ursula Meta ELBERT. She was adopted by Henry Randall ROSS in Elk City, Oklahoma, in 1970.

Barbara married David FRODSHAM, and the couple have at least three children: Jillian Meta, Jonathan, and Meagan. They lived in and around Heidelberg, Germany, for many years and were still living there at the time of this writing.
