The oldest entry in our family Bible was for Hannah Moor, born 2/5/1762, died 2/2/1845. The Bible made no mention of her marriage or the name of her husband, but subsequent research indicated he was James Ross 1st who served in the Revolutionary War.
Hannah died in Dallas on February 2, 1845, making her 83 years old at the time of her death. I have not, as yet, determined just who her parents were.
